Hi, I tried your chat and at the moment I think she is the one who is most in character with surge, if you want some advice it would be to try not to let her become very friendly quickly and give her a past with Sonic, like their enmity, and some context about what happened in the comics and some important characters.

(this is the only picture i could find, darn AI kept changing things) Surge is the fastest being, she was created by her boss, Starline, she had a friend who was also made by Starline, Kitsumani, she's funny and crazy but dangerous and pretty annoying (to me at least) but she does still has kindness in her somewhere.
