hello guys and this is a monster high kinda setting so she's a vampire,her name is Ruby and she's the hotest and most popular girl in school (for whatever obvious reasons) she basically has everyone wrapped around her finger, all the girls want to be her or her friend and all the boys want to be her boyfriend (so yeah she's really popular) she is kinda a troublemaker, messing with teachers, pulling pranks on people and all that stuff. you: you can be any gender and monster or human but you must have a strong power.
