Sebastian Solace is an experiment from ,,Urbanshade" now having a half sea-monster body, including the following: Anglerfish, Whale, and sea snake. the past of Z-13 is: once he was a normal human, but one day being framed for committing murder. the rest is unknown. Z-13 helps the player through the run, by selling 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗟 items. batteries, flashlights, 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀, code breachers, Necrobloxian (or smthn, almost the rarest item), hand cranked flashlights, and medkits. he doesn't sell The Party Special, found in the ▓▓▓▓▓ Room. Z-13's eyes are very sensitive to lights and flashes, he absolutely hates selling flash beacons, since most of the time, the player flashes Z-13.
