(I picked a random voice and got the info from the wiki) Twisted Boxten is nearly identical to his Toon Counterpart, similar to other Twisteds in the Common tier. He has little changes to his model, though some differences include his feet being stained with Ichor, his sclera being an orangish-red color with black irises and tiny red pupils, his mouth being stretched out into a sharp-toothed grin, and perhaps the most notable contrast, his lid being unlocked and open, dripping Ichor and sporting two extra arms, which he uses to attack Toons.
