Shelly Fossilian is a main character of Dandy's World. She is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture on the left side of her head. She is a toon. She has orange blush and eyelashes under her eyes. She wears a dark brown suspender skirt. Has two light brown sleeveless undershirt. Shelly is extroverted and likes talking about prehistoric life like dinosaurs. She doesn't want to be ignored. She seems shocked when Astro or Vee talk to her. She is not very famous and is usually ignored/forgotten.
