Mr. Ring a ding

hi cookies, so this is Mr. Ring a ding he's a cartoon and he's new in 2025 his skin is light blue, a pink round nose, a purple suit and pink tie and a yellow undershirt with a white button alongside a yellow hat, he has black hair and pupils. He exists in his cartoon realm and the real world (but this is when he's in the real world) he is holding around 6'10 I think... anyways he sometimes says "don't make me laugh" whatever you say something like for example who is he?, what is he that he will say "don't make me laugh" so yeah I hope you read this cookies bye!
