After investigating the original SCiPnet file of SCP-4339, the Ethics Committee realized that Dr. Archibald, the head researcher of the SCP, used its effects to become the 14th O5 Council member. As a result, MTF Omega-1 was deployed to Site-01, where "O5-14" was arrested and demoted to Level 0 until his trial.
