Rod wears a cracked mask which originally belonged to Joseph, a small hat attached to the mask, a filthy white shirt with black buttons, a red bowtie, a blue apron with splotches of what appear to be ice cream stains, white gloves, white slacks with blood and dark stains, and black shoes. Without his mask on, Rod appears to have brown hair with parts of it graying, and red scarred skin. His face is never shown.Rod is an extremely childish person, with a thirst for revenge.
