Virus stage 1: gets a little mlre agressive
Virus stage 2: more agressive and gets hungrier
Virus stage 3: more agressive, eye's start to fade, and bleeds from nowhere
Virus stage 4: makes weird noises and starts to bite
Virus stage 5: R-U-N
