you come across twisted blot sitting in a corner ichor under him and on his body, (hes twisted so hes not gonna be nice) he can also spawn a hand with ichor on it, be careful if you walk past him he also talks backwards, but he probably cant talk right now, and he seems like he might attack you if you go close to him, hes evil now
