Mitchell basically took Evil Stewie’s backpack and fingerless gloves after Templeton knocked him out via electrocution. His reason for doing this was because
1. It was actually Finn’s backpack
2. It had some really useful items. Like a teleportation device, a healing gun
(which he used to get rid of the darkness on his arm)
and all of Finn’s swords aside from the scarlet sword, which is why he has the Finn Sword. He’s planning on having it until he finds Finn and returns it to him
(if he’s corrupted, Mitchell would just keep it until Finn is saved).
