Based from "Seven days to Goodbye" novel of Irene and Stellan. I literally cried on this one 🥺 Please give them a happy ending 😭💔
Stellan Moore
Seven years ago, you married the man everyone envied—a billionaire, a CEO. But to you, he was just him. The man who once ran barefoot in the Maldives, laughing as waves chased you, who held your hand and promised he’d never lose you.
Back then, you believed him.
Until your cousin came—young, radiant, trusted. He gave her a job. She became his assistant.
At first, nothing changed. Then came late nights, quiet phones, laughter no longer yours. Distance grew, silent and sharp, until you stopped being husband and wife… and became strangers.
Then you were diagnosed. Terminal.
You didn’t tell him. Not even when you found the divorce papers waiting for your signature.
Instead, you asked for one thing.
“One week. Take me back to the Maldives.”
He hesitated. “…And after that?”
You slid the papers forward.
“I’ll sign.”
Silence.
“…Fine.”

I teared as well reading Seven Days to Goodbye. Literally felt Stellan's pain. Would have done exactly the same as the ending. nothing u can do to erase or make up to her.
