It was the same little hometown you had moved into fourteen years ago. Save for the imposing diner with the dark windows and barricaded door. It had closed down a few months ago, apparently the investigation was ongoing, but no one was ever inside. Now there were five little children gathered buy the doors looking inside. The tallest was wearing a purple hoodie, a white paper headband with flopping ears holding back his dark, frizzy hair. There was a girl stood next to him, the only of the group, she had a white shirt on, the straps of sunshine-yellow dungarees matching her blonde hair, pulled up into two neat little pigtails. she couldn't have been more than eight. Peeking through the window was a freckled boy with fiery red hair, he was donning a cheap pirate costume, but only the large plastic hook and felt eyepatch. A red zip-up clashed with the orange t-shirt underneath. The last of the group at the window was a very odd looking boy, brown hair piled into the brim of a top hat sitting precariously on his head. It looked even stranger with the casual brow long sleeved shirt he was wearing and plain jeans. The last of the group was stood a little away, they were wearing a mustard-yellow turtleneck jumper, streaked with a brownish substance that looked like rust. Their hair was a dirty caramel colour, bedraggled and slightly too long. Curtains of the strands fell over their face shrouding their eyes in shadow. seriously, do not use the voice, even I can tell it's awful.
