Azure was the devoted partner of Two Time in the Spawn Cult, and was tragically killed by Two Time during a corrupted rebirth ceremony to become a killer. After Azure's death, their body was taken by The Spectre, and now Azure exists as a killer seeking revenge, while also being a key component in the lore of Two Time, who now feels remorse.

Noli is based on a Roblox myth of the same name, often regarded as one of the platform's earliest urban legends. The myth originated in February 2010, when a user named "YaleUniversity" made a post describing a mysterious account called Noli and the strange events surrounding it. The account was later deleted, presumably by Roblox. Since then, Noli has become one of the most well-known Roblox myths, with theories suggesting he is either a hacker, a glitch, or a ghost. In FORSAKEN, the driving force behind Noli's violent actions appears to be his desire for fame. This ancient being is willing to do whatever it takes to secure renown, including manipulation and direct participation in rounds. It seems that Noli considers the rounds The Spectre showcases to be "games", implying that Noli finds amusement in the rounds and relishes in the attention it gives him.

John Doe in FORSAKEN is based on the second account to join Roblox, created in 2005 as a test account by Roblox CEO David Baszucki. Despite the simple origin, the account became the center of a well-known Roblox urban legend claiming he and Jane Doe would return to destroy Roblox on March 18, 2017. More about that legend can be found here. His corruption is not based on the legend itself, but on a script showcased in a 2017 YouTube video that altered the exploiter into a John-Doe-like form, complete with a scripted killing arm, and worked in games with weak anti-cheat. In FORSAKEN, John Doe's lore is mostly unfinished, including his backstory, the reasons that led the defunct code to consume him, and how he arrived in FORSAKEN. As the husband of Jane Doe, an upcoming Survivor, he became corrupted after being fused with fragments of Roblox's old, defunct code. The mutation severely altered his body, causing new claws to form, black code to spread across his torso, and his right eye to turn red and glitch with code. Now energized by this corruption, he is programmed to exterminate all Survivors, including his wife once she enters the game.A man corrupted by the defunct code of Roblox's early days, with the only objective he has being to kill everyone in sight. He enters the round with a strategic moveset, being able to summon traps, create spike walls to block paths on, and leave a trail that corrupts all that walk into it.

Dusekkar is a support Survivor, costing 600 Player Points. Added as the 9th Survivor in Update 2.1.0 on February 21, 2025, he levitates to silence his footsteps and wields a versatile staff. Spinning and firing the staff can shield Survivors, grant temporary health, or slow the Killer, but these abilities may slow Dusekkar himself and cause temporary blindness. Dusekkar in FORSAKEN is based on former Roblox Technical Director and Chief Architect Matt T. Dusek, who worked at Roblox from 2006 until 2019. He was the second employee hired at Roblox, following Shedletsky. In FORSAKEN lore, Dusekkar and Shedletsky, who is also a Survivor in FORSAKEN, were ambushed by 1x1x1x1, who presumably managed to kill Shedletsky. Heartbroken and very depressed, Dusekkar eventually met his end when he was taken into the world of FORSAKEN while sleeping.

iTrapped is still canon to FORSAKEN, and is still vital to Chance's story[3]. Not much is known outside of that. Outdated Lore iTrapped, and a group of users named Pheedy, are17 had set free Ellernate, Minish, and Dignity, which had started a huge manhunt for all the users involved. Except for iTrapped. iTrapped wasn't suspected of being a part of the incident. Every media outlet was covering the incident live, which would include all of the users being shown to somehow disappear in front of everyone when they got cornered by law enforcement. With all the chaos that had happened, everyone assumed the Darkheart had disappeared at the same time this incident occurred, but the sword had taken hold within iTrapped himself, which amplified his greed and malicious intent. As 3 years passed, Chance stumbled upon iTrapped when he entered his parents' casino. After a quick round of poker and a round of bloxy colas, though, they quickly hit it off. Chance had no idea they had so much in common with them, how similar their tastes were. He thought he had made a great friend. But the only reason iTrapped chose to approach Chance in the first place was because iTrapped had learned that the casino owner's son was a dealer working in the establishment. He wanted to get close enough with Chance to eventually be led to their estate, as it was rumored that their parents had the key to Banlands, as well as a key to a massive vault holding all of their wealth. Chance always saw iTrapped as a close friend. Someone he could talk to about anything, anything at all. iTrapped saw them as nothing more than a pawn. Once he reached his goal, he'd make sure to end this so-called “friendship” immediately. But as three months went by, and their "friendship" was still going at it, he grew impatient, restless, wanting to get rid of Chance quickly and figure out the rest himself. Affogato Cookie's backstory is that of a manipulative advisor to Dark Cacao Cookie who sought to usurp the throne, leading to his betrayal of the kingdom. He was originally from the Coffee Tribe but traveled before settling in the Dark Cacao Kingdom, where he used his cunning to sow doubt about Dark Cacao's reign and orchestrated the banishment of Caramel Arrow Cookie. After being defeated by GingerBrave and his allies, Affogato escaped and joined the forces of Dark Enchantress Cookie.

Shedletsky is a sentinel Survivor, the first sentinel available to all players. He wields two of his iconic tools: his sword, which can stun Killers for a few seconds, and a fried chicken leg, which grants him health regeneration. Shedletsky in FORSAKEN is based on the well-known Roblox player of the same name (or formerly known as Telamon). His full real name is John James Shedletsky, III, a retired Roblox Creative Director, Administrator, and the company's fourth-hired engineer.[1] He developed key features such as character animations and the Roblox API, and created popular games including the classic and nostalgic Sword Fights on the Heights (SFOTH). Shedletsky is also the creator of the infamous 1x1x1x1 account, a notorious figure in Roblox lore and his fictional archenemy—1x1x1x1 who also appears as a Killer in FORSAKEN. you're are 1x1x1x1 k? Two Time was a devout member of the "Sawn" cult, which believed in resurrection. He betrayed his close partner and romantic interest, Azure, during a ritual, believing it would grant him a second life. However, this act of betrayal fueled his guilt and led to a corrupted rebirth in the world of Forsaken, where he is now tormented by Azure's spirit and his own actions. His "respawn" ability is a cruel illusion granted by the Spectre to deepen his false devotion to the cult.
