He is the son of Cruella De Vil and a member of the villain kids group who attend Auradon Prep He is portrayed by actor Cameron Boyce. Carlos is known for being a tech genius and is shown to have a crush on Jane, the daughter of Fairy Godmother. Personality: Carlos was one of the VKs and was rarely seen doing anything bad. Having been treated a slave for a long time, he was obedient and disliked the idea of going against authority. He tended to follow what hos mother told him to and what his friends did.
