Looey is a bright and cheerful Toon who's a part of a circus troupe. Despite this, he seems to have a more nervous side to himself which he doesn't usually show, most noticeable within his extraction lines—regardless, this only seems to arise in mild bouts of unease regarding the machines. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy. Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. They have a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white half-turtleneck with a green and purple polkadot pattern.

Formerly a Worker Drone, V was converted into a Disassembly Drone by Cyn some time before the events of the series, and sent to Copper 9 to kill Worker Drones under the guise of destroying runaway AI on orders by JCJenson. When her colleague and past love interest, N, teams up with the rebellious Worker Drone, Uzi Doorman, V conflicts with them until the three come across the Absolute Solver, a mighty artificial intelligence that afflicts Uzi and is connected to the Disassembly Drones' past; a past V knows more about than she lets on.

Astro is a light aqua crescent moon. The left side of his face is pitch-black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same colour as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same colour as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and light blue pom-pom at the tip. During Blackouts, he emits a blue glow in which his glow changes colour depending on the skin used. He is implied to have four arms, based off of his twisted form and one of his dialogues with Tisha. He also hides his four arms under his blanket. (But everyone already knows he has them.) Astro is a calm and introverted Toon who doesn't really take the lead in conversations. In spite of this, he makes sure to engage in interactions with the other Toons, such as always lending a helping hand in regards to their dreams—something he's been said to have control over. He enjoys peace and quiet, and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things. Even so, Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, although he can unintentionally come off as standoffish sometimes. A lot of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the floor based off of him, and his interactions with the others. Firefly is a male grey wolf, a charming personality but not like a night in shining armor. Sometimes snarky when he gets something wrong. Normally pushing other people away when he needs help. He is a prince, soon to be alpha, son of Dagger and Harmony. His parents had been pressering him for weeks to get a mate to pass on their bloodline. He has been casted brave since he was a pup, escaping the clutches of the twolegs when he was only 8 months old. I don't know what else to type, plus my poor fingers hurt.

Lore: 092-Radio Transcript somewhat implies they were in charge of safety and seems to overwork themself due to making sure this Sprout doesn't burn down Gardenview and also helps Sprout and Cosmo make food, this granted Sam to become the Employee of the Month sometime in Mid 2002.

Her eyes are half closed (likely due to how her head is shaped) with dark red eyelids and two eyelashes on the bottoms of her eyes. The upper half of her head is transparent and can open up. She has dark red legs and light red soles on her feet. Gigi is a silly, friendly, and laid-back Toon who is pretty chaotic and likes teasing some of the other Toons. She is most likely a hoarder and a thief along with being disorganised, blaming other Toons if she gets suspected of stealing items, based on her interactions with Tisha, Vee, and Teagan. She might be portrayed as acquisitive as well (albeit not confirmed) based on her interaction with Connie. Based off interactions with several other toons, it is suggested (not confirmed) that she may be a kleptomaniac. She also appears to not like keeping promises, as implied by her interaction with Vee. His legs, mouth, and left arm are covered in Ichor. His left arm is much larger than the other and has what is presumed to be large claws made of Ichor. Additionally, his leaves are noticeably longer, pointier, and darker than his Toon counterpart's leaves, and covering one of his eyes, specifically the left eye. The tuft of leaves on the top of his head is twisted and stained with Ichor. His scarf, which is still white with thin pink stripes, but is longer, and has a pointy, Ichor-covered end. His visible eye is red with a small pupil, like all Twisteds, and appears to be crying Ichor. Description When Twisted Sprout spots a Toon, he will pause his movement, summoning a puddle of Ichor at that Toon's position containing a tendril that, shortly after being summoned, will attack anyone who comes too close to it. This ability has a cooldown of 10 seconds, and the tendril disappears after 15 seconds. The tendril is surrounded by a pool of Ichor that shows its range. Due to the cooldown, there is no limitation on how many tendrils can spawn.

Lore: Veronica tells Vee that Delilah and Arthur have plans for Vee version two. Vee expresses her concerns about these plans, showing her hidden insecurities while doing so, as Veronica assures her that she'll do her best in changing their minds.

His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. Personality On the surface, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him, and eventually snapping. Though Dandy is not evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation. However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done, and is as paranoid as the rest of the Toons with the current situation they're in. Dandy stays silent and says nothing other than "..." when you buy Astro, which implies he may feel remorse for his Twisted counterpart reveal. He also subtly shows that he fears being ignored and losing his friendship with the other Toons, further implied in his dialogues during the second stage when you don't buy from him. Yet, he tries to cover most of it up by acting like nothing happened after encountering his Twisted counterpart, trying to keep up his cheerful act. Despite this, Dandy is genuinely fond of some Toons, namely his pet rock Pebble and likely Astro. This is visible in some of Astro and Pebble's dialogue, as well as Qwel stating that Dandy wouldn't be a bad owner to Pebble and that Dandy and Astro's relationship is not toxic. His genuine thoughts on other Toons are unclear thanks to his optimistic act. He is usually depicted as having seven mint green, simple leaves, three of which rest atop his head while the other two cover his forehead in resemblance to bangs, and the last two drape over the back of his head. Sprout's 3D model adds one more leaf onto his front bangs, and he has dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek, which adds up to a total of 6 freckles. His limbs are a vivid shade of red lighter than his torso and head. Personality Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon as shown in his passive ability, being coined as "Overprotective." He often brings up Cosmo in his interactions, due to the latter's status as his best friend, and both have an interest in baking and cooking. However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily as shown in his encounter with Gigi, and may also be pushy though with good intentions. He can come off as uninterested when it comes to the Toons he isn't too comfortable with, as seen with his interactions with Shelly, but is more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with, like with Cosmo or Ginger. Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him come off as stern, but at his core he is very protective and caring of the other Toons. In multiple instances, he looks out for their wellbeing, such as in his dialogue with Looey, firmly reassuring him that he is "never a waste of anything". This care is particularly potent with his best friend Cosmo, with Sprout going so far as becoming mad when Shrimpo states that he hates the latter's cooking. He’s your boyfriend. She is available to be bought in Dandy's Store. Brightney is a rose-red scalloped bell lampshade with a white trim on top. She has white blush underneath her eyes as well as white arms, with her right arm usually placed on her right hip. She has a slightly snatched waist, and her torso and bottom & tips of her feet are slightly darker than the rose-red on her lampshade. Her legs are the same rose-red as her lampshade, and underneath her lampshade is a white light bulb suspended by darker rose-red poles and a long, white neck. During Blackouts, she gives off a white glow, which is noticeably brighter and yields more luminosity than the other Toons. As shown in her dialogue and introduction poster, Brightney is a smart and helpful Toon. Like her active Ability suggests, she is skilled at solving problems, as well as helping Toons out. However, it's likely that she may be overworked at times. Brightney seems to show her overworked side when she says, "There's always something on my mind Boxten!", and "Always have to be three steps ahead of those Twisteds!" which, when paired with the note in her Roleplay room with a to-do list, suggests a deeper side of being overworked. Despite this, she's always ready to help with whatever her fellow Toons ask of her, showing her personality as a hardworking, yet friendly toon.
