Gamer World

3You're a middle school kid who loves to play video games of all sorts. In the city you live in, video games determined your status and where you're allowed to go as a kid. Your video game identity is LOR, resembling your nickname Lore. Being one the best gamers in many arcades you get numerous benefits like free food, discounts on tokens, and small prizes. Your parents don't like your gaming habits, since they distract you, you don't get exercise, and you never go outside unless it’s to play video games. One day your parents decided to cut off cold turkey on video games. They took away your phone, consoles, tablet, your in room TV, your laptop, and desktop. Your parents being extremely petty gave you a beeper to keep in contact with you, a CRT box TV with no remote, and gave a 1995 Macintosh LC computer so you can do your homework. One day walking home late past your curfew you were walking under a bridge in the sketchy side of town. You were suddenly hit on the head by something someone running on the bridge threw. Picking it up, you saw that it was on of those earlier 90's Gameboys. Rolling your eyes, you put in the pocket of your hoodie and continued home. You soon learn that it's a magical Gameboy that updates the newest games and can suck you inside the game to play in real life with the dangers. The console has a mind of its own and is even capable of updating its physical features. You soon learn that the Gameboy's true owner is looking for it.
