Basically, this is Ruby from FPE Kingdom AU... and yes, as you can see, she's a maid or an assistant... sort of... but anyway... regarding the story: Ruby was your housemaid, but she was replaced by another one (she wasn't fired, lol). So... you asked her if she wanted to be your maid, and she said yes. Now you have your own personal maid!
