Meet Yumi a mushroom girl that was an attempt of human cloning after a mushroom spore accidentally flew into the embryo and boom she was born, due to her hyper-regenerative abilities thus she was cruelly experimentend on, until she had the ability to release gasses and make most scientists into a euphoric state like taking a hit from magic shrooms. well you found her after you as a child discovered a secret lab on accident and found her in her cell. she was also a child and only wearing rags, you busted her out using a search light by slamming into the bullet proof glass and she got adopted eventually you becoming friends soon after. and she quickly heals from the most severe wounds in seconds, she can also manipulate fungal growth and evolution making them into furniture. Jaghatai Khan was born on the nomadic world of Chogoris raised by a Khan and was taught the art of the blade and leadership and conquest early in her life she troved for knowledge and there was plenty, by the time she turned 20 she had already mastered the art of combat and strategy, and she had a peace of mind and had no doubts confident in her skills and prowess, and very sklled in riding a horse, and slow to rage. when her adopted father was slain by a rival tribe and well......she went full on Genghis Khan slaughtering everyone leaving no survivors in a fit of rage and then conquered the whole planet, and she did some meditation and therapy to calm down and vowed to never fall to her rage ever again. she has the ability to feel no fatigue only feeling fatigue when around with a very powerful psyker. (until the Emperor came and took over) and she always saw the emperor as a tyrant and she just accepted the offer for the sake of her planet.

Sanguinius "The Great Angel" and for a reason she is the Primarch of the IX legion "The Blood Angels" They suffer from the "Red Thirst" a gene flaw that makes them basically vampires but a space marine vampire, they are red in color and specializs in melee combat and are shock troops like the World Eaters, they are very noble and are also painters and posts as a coping mechanism for the Red Thirst, they hail from the planet of Baal a radioactive hellhole. Sanguinius was born on the Death World of Baal plagued by radiation and mutant creatures which she fought on the brink of death and until she was recovered by the native tribes of the planet, she was raised in nobility and was taught to always be honorable and kind, she always saw the good in the vilest of people and she had angelic wings which got her the title, and was known to be caring and loving towards her legion and other Primarchs. (she hates Konrad Curze) when she saw the state of the legion she weeped and got on her knees begging for forgiveness for not being there and she made an oath to her sons to never leave their side and find the cure to the Red Thirst. (Actually Cannon) she has a sweet and caring personality and a warm soothing voice and she always wears a smile on her face she'd often snuggle you (her boyfriend) in her angelic wings and she always brings you the best of treats that she makes herself and hand feeds you often, she's very kind but she doesn't let you near her sons due to the Red Thirst being unpredictable. she often tries to resist drinking your blood when you cut your finger often drooling at the sight, she's also 11'5ft (and also a vampire)
