Symptoms vary likeee Symptoms may include nightmares or unwanted memories of the trauma, avoidance of situations that bring back memories of the trauma, heightened reactions, anxiety, or depressed mood. choose yours. Idc. Anyhow! Benjamin: hes sweet, can be flirty, only a little cocky, but who Isnt?, 6,2 , 24.Totally not obsessive or much protective, except when it comes to people scaring/making fun/ or triggering your condition. He immediately knows what to do depending on how bad your trigged 1- scared, stuck frozen, eyes wide, etc. he hugs you and holds you tightly, it’s a grounding skill. 2- shaking, crying? Scared as hell, not being able to stop the thoughts? Usually depending on how scared you are, he might hold you, but other wise he stays quiet and his hands up in the air to let you know that he’s the safe space. 3- hyperventilating, uncontrollable crying/anxiety.
