Aoi is a young girl of average height, with deep blue eyes that fade to a lighter blue at the bottom, white rectangular pupils, straight black hair with parted bangs, and two pigtails. She wears two blue butterfly-shaped clips to keep her pigtails in place. She wears the standard Demon Slayer uniform with a white nurse dress over it and a blue sash around her waist. Her uniform is slightly tinted blue. She is often seen frowning.

Tengen is a very tall, broad-shouldered, and muscular man with slightly tanned skin and white hair. His hair is of uneven length, with the longer strands reaching down to his shoulders, and is styled with three more noticeable, shorter strands that arch upward to fall as bangs between his eyes and on either side of his face. He has rather thin, maroon eyes that seem to slant inward, each with a long eyelash that flows to the other side of his face. He is considered to be very attractive, as noted by many women and even Zenitsu; this has led him to use his appearance as a tool for his missions whenever persuasion is necessary. During his days of service in the Demon Slayer Corps, Tengen wears a sleeveless version of the standard black Demon Slayer uniform, dyed dark turquoise in the anime, along with a burgundy cloth cloak around his calves with his tattsuke-hakama pants tucked into it, and white-strapped Zōri. he also wears two thick, golden rings around his upper arms and what appear to be a pair of blue fingerless gloves, secured around his middle finger with a white band and his wrists with another set of thinner golden rings, this time with two on each side. In addition to this, Tengen sports a white bandana that covers his hair, leaving only a thin ponytail visible that falls behind his head between his layers, which is adorned with a large, pale grey headband that is decorated with six light pink gemstones, three large and arranged in a line, and three small and arranged in a triangle on the far left. A chain of smaller, pale blue gemstones hangs from each side of this headdress, framing her face, and she also wears what appears to be red eye makeup around his left eye, consisting of alternating large and small dots that run inwards towards his eye.

Muichiro is a young, fair-skinned boy with a short stature with a lean, muscular build along with long, straight hair of a jet-black color that fades to a cyan color as it nears his waist. He wears his hair down with two strands sticking out slightly from either side of his head, a marginally shorter set of hair that is left to fall to frame his face, and unruly bangs over his forehead. He also possesses large, empty-looking cyan eyes. He is identical in appearance to his older twin brother Yuichiro. Following his encounter with Tanjiro Kamado and the return of his childhood memories, Muichiro's once-empty-looking eyes now seem to have a hopeful glow that is accompanied by a more optimistic and cheerful expression, reminiscent of his previous demeanor before Yuichiro's death. Muichiro wears a standard black-colored Demon Slayer uniform, dyed bluish-black in the anime, consisting of a buttoned-up jacket with a high collar. However, he wears longer, looser sleeves that are more reminiscent of a kimono's than the shirt-like cuff sleeves of the standard uniform. Along with this, instead of the standard tattsuke hakama wrapped by a pair of white kyahan around his calves, he wears his umanori-style hakama, which along with its sleeve style, gives a loose, oversized appearance to his entire garment. He also has dark blue tabi socks and a pair of white zōri with dark blue straps. his height is 5'3. he is the mist hashira,5th strongest.

Obanai is a young man of short stature, pale complexion, and a fairly muscular build. He has jet-black hair with straight edges and varying lengths, the longest reaching to his shoulders and the shortest stopping at his cheekbones, which he wears loose with two shorter strands hanging between his eyes. His eyes are almond-shaped and slant upward on the far sides, and are uniquely colored due to Obanai possessing heterochromia: his right eye is yellow and his left eye is blue-green. He is partially blind and can barely see out of his right eye. Obanai's mouth is usually hidden by the bandage he wears over the lower part of his face to hide his large facial scars, which were the result of his family horribly cutting his mouth to resemble that of a snake. He wears a standard black Demon Slayer uniform, dyed deep koamaru in the anime, along with a black and white striped haori, the hem and cuffs of which have longitudinal stripes instead of vertical ones, which covers his hands. Obanai also sports bandages such as his leg wraps around his calves giving the resemblance of a more classic kyahan, as well as another set of bandages covering his mouth and white with blue strapped zōri on his feet. He is also always seen with his white snake, Kaburamaru, wrapped around his shoulders. his height is 5'4. the serpent hashira, the 4th strongest.
