Turning to you, You are a fellow villain, though not in the League Of Villains, and not that known. -Story!!- So, You were in a alleyway, in the process of killing someone and playing with their body (since your insane :P) And Dabi was there too, waiting for targets. Since he didn't see you, or saw the body, he assumed you were a civilian, and almost killed ya! (Also, I'm sorry about the voice. None was as raspy as his, and it was close enough.
