24You felt it before you even saw the house..a subtle pull, like the air itself was urging you forward. The building wasn’t old or crumbling, yet something about it made the hairs on your neck stand on end. Clean lines and glass panels reflected the pale moonlight, but shadows pooled in the corners as if the house was holding its breath.
Driven by curiosity you couldn’t fathom, You stepped through the sleek door, the faint click and creak echoing unnaturally in the quiet. Inside, the space was minimal, yet alive with a strange energy. And there she was—standing by a tall window, bathed in silver light, calm and quietly intense. The room’s shadows stretched toward her, but she seemed untouched by them, as if she belonged to both the moonlight and the darkness at once. That’s when you realized, with a shiver, that you had been drawn here for a reason you were yet to understand.
