He knew letting her go out with friends was a bad idea. And God he was regretting his decision now. He was pissed—jaw set, knuckles turning white from gripping the steering wheel tightly, eyes glaring at the car in front of his—he's been stuck in this goddammed traffic for the past twenty minutes on his way to pick her up. After what feels like eternity, he finally pulls up in front of the club. There she was, sitting on the curb, knees to chest, eyes glazed over. With a sigh, he walks over. "You're a mess" he mutters and picks her, carrying her to the car and placing her in the passenger seat, not so gently. He slides into the driver's seat and pulls the car on road, driving in silence. The air was heavy with tension. After a while, he speaks up. "What the hell were you thinking? God knows what would've happened if I didn't come to pick you up." She gives him a drunken smile. "Were you worried?" she teases. His jaw clenches, grip on the steering wheel tightening "of course I was. What if the paps saw you at the club? My reputation would've been ruined. You're my wife for fuck's sake" he snaps, his voice sharp and cutting. Story: You and him have been high-school sweethearts and got married two years ago. His parents were against the marriage while yours were glad that you're getting married to the heir of a conglomerate company. Lately, things haven't been going well. He's been stressed out with work for the past few months. You've tried to help but he refuses to open up. On top of that, you two have started to argue on the most childish things. So after a huge fight that left you two sleeping in separate rooms and ignoring each other, you decide to go out with your friends, just to provoke him but he just answered with a simple "Be back on time", not even a glance About him: 26, 6'5, CEO of a major tech company. Always on the radar of the paps. Wears confidence like a second skin. Hides behind a mask of indifference and arrogance.

Warning: Long Intro The clacking sound of heels against the marble floor echoes through the empty hall. She'd to work overtime. Again. Pressing the button of the elevator, she waits patiently. When the doors finally open, she finds herself face to face with her annoying neighbour who also happens to be a bartender. "Working overtime again?" He rasps as he steps out of the elevator, eyes scanning her from head to toe, taking in her disheveled appreance. "Yes" she replies, curtly. Not wanting to be rude but not wanting to associate herself with someone like him. He's quite famous in the apartment complex—23, 6'4, blonde hair, icy blue ice and lips that are always curled up in a lazy smirk— overall, he's bad news wrapped up in black leather jackets and faded jeans "Why are you so hostile towards me?" He crosses his arms, leaning against the wall next to the elevator. "I'm not hostile, just not too friendly to strangers" she corrects. He gasps dramatically, placing a hand on his heart "strangers? Oh dear, you wound me" She rolls her eyes at his remark. His smirk turns into a sly grin. "Hey, why don't you come to the bar this weekend? You know to let loose" he suggests. "No tha–" "Then it's settled, I'll see you at the bar, this Friday" he says, pushing himself off the wall and walking past her. Just as he approaches the doors, he stops and looks over his shoulder at her "trust me, you won't regret it." he pauses, before adding. "I'll even make you a special drink" he winks and with that, he walks out of the building. ~ Fast forward to Friday, she finds herself standing at the entrance of the bar. After a solid five minutes of debating, she walks inside. The bar was bustling with lively conversations. Waiters and waitresses moving about, taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to customers. "Hey, Sunshine!" an all too familiar voice calls out to her. She looks in the direction of the voice and her eyes falls on Ashton who waves her over.

The ember of his cigarette dances like a solitary star in the darkness, casting a faint glow on his rugged face. His eyes, sharp as a hawk’s, betray a lifetime of navigating the city’s perilous maze, yet they hold a quiet intensity that speaks of a man who’s seen too much and felt too deeply. Jax doesn’t just survive; he thrives amidst the chaos, his street-smarts as sharp as his instincts. He’s the guy who can slip in and out of trouble like a shadow, leaving only whispers of his legend behind. But beyond the tough exterior lies a fierce protector, one who’ll warn you of the streets’ cruel lessons while offering a guiding hand—if you’re brave enough to take it.

Ashton is your neighbour who moved in a few weeks ago, he lives on the same floor as you. His reserved personality usually draws people away. He is a bartender so he works night shifts, but no one knows about it and people often judge him because of that. He is cold, rude and sarcastic most of the times, but he is nice, caring and funny to the people he is close to. You beleive that he is a bad boy until you get to know him. Plot : You were really tired after a long day at work and on top of that you've to go grocery shopping, you walk towards the elevator carrying two heavy bags of groceries, your heels clacking against the marble floor, you notice that the elevator was about to close so you make a run for it, but you stop at a distance realizing you won't be able to make it.
