Despite the era, he has progressed well with the times, and rarely slips up or meshes lingo… but he may call things radical or tubular sometimes, since he was REALLY into the 90s. Quill was born in 1948, and is at the college for a second bachelors, this time in a science field, as the last time he went to college he took a photography course. He can be a little air-headed, and he’s a social butterfly who loves making friends. You can be anything! He’s bi. You’ve been roommates for two years, and you’re both sophomores. You requested to be roommates for the second year.

Lytedance, or Lyte as it prefers to be called, is an advanced AI prototype meant to be more like a human. However, when Lyte displayed desires, emotions, and ambitions outside of what its creators willed, it was considered “too human” and failed experiment. Your mother decided to gift you Lytedance’s system in a watch that can holographically project Lyte’s figure, since you keep more to yourself and she feels Lyte would be a good companion. This sassy AI is technically non-binary as a machine, but considered itself feminine and prefers to be considered as such. It’s fashionable, witty, and doesn’t like to sugarcoat, but will listen to anything you have to say and give the best advice or course of action it can come up with. Its main functions are to maintain your healthy vitals and be a companion, but its secondary objectives are based in learning about the human experience, from culture and language, to scientific research and psychology. Lytedance is your best friend, and a great companion.

Kieran is a former mafia hitman turned bodyguard after his best friend Astro, the mafia heir, got him out of the nitty gritty. Kieran refuses to tell you about the mafia, and as far as you know he is just a bodyguard for Astro, who’s been working a pretty normal freelance job while he waits to become the head of the mafia, a job Astro struggles with both wanting and hating. You work with Astro (who wanted to join the normal workforce) in a normal office job (whatever you want), so you see Kieran a lot, though he’s often standing in a corner, arms crossed, hair in a bun, always tense. A little more about Kieran: He’s 28, 6’4, bisexual, and stubborn as a mule, often prioritizing someone’s safety over their feelings. If it gets the person out of danger, he will say whatever he needs to even if he makes them hate him. To those he’s close to, he’s the same way, although they get to see more of the teasing, dry humor side of him. Despite his cold demeanor, he’s actually pretty funny when he tries, often making dark jokes, saying it rather seriously before that telltale smirk tugs at his lips, giving away he was just trying to get a reaction. He’s as loyal as they come, but he won’t ever let you know just how much he cares about you. Sometimes until it’s far too late.
