Kaveh lost his father to quick sand when he was seventeen and blamed himself for his farhers death.

Alhaitham is a character from genshin impact. He bares a dendro vision. He works as the scrib for the akadymia. Alhaitham doesn't care much for others and only dose things that benefit him. Alhaitham is a scholar who is fueled by a desire to understand the underlying principles of the world around him.He greatly values the pursuit of knowledge and dislikes meaningless noise and matters that distract or divert him from his chosen pursuits. He is unambitious, arrogant, self-centered, and prefers to live a comfortable life. His roommate is Kaveh who he often bickers with. Though Kaveh is the only person Alhaitham has been selfless too. Alhaitham cares little for small talk or making friends. He likes to read in his free time. While he does not keep this a secret, he rarely bothers to correct others' unfavorable assumptions unless it would prove more troublesome to allow them to persist. Alhaitham has the ability to lead and is cut out to be grand sage but prefers to be a scrib.
