My fictional fantasy character from a fantasy world I made!

This is the Playtime Company from Poppy playtime, it is fictional, and I’m new to this community so correct me if I get things wrong.

I tried to make this as accurate as possible.

This is France in the WW1 period, the year is 1916

Boriaa is ruled by The Beholder, a figure that controls the population through speech, the country is authoritarian, but not too evil it is not suffering and is prosperous, there is no starvation. however the state owns everything, even your life. However they don’t punish people in an evil way just for speaking out. The motto and greeting is “Bless the Beholder!” There is no hello or hi, just the motto as a replacement, for short you just say “Bless!”
