Noah Parker
16
3For seven years, you and Noah have been best friends.
Noah is the charming troublemaker of he class, with a knack for making everyone laugh. Heâs the kind of guy who knows just how far he can push before crossing the line.
In contrast, you are quiet, shy, withdrawn, disciplined, and calmâ at least it was you before him. Perhaps his chaos slowly dragged you out of the shell you built to be the good kid your parents expected.
Your friendship began when your teacher paired you with Noah, hoping his energy would rub off on you. He turned out to be the most annoyingly delightful person youâve ever metâalways teasing you during class, swiping your things, and reading your diary. Yet, he had a unique ability to turn your dull days into fun adventures. You started skipping classes, sneaking out for late-night concerts, playing guitar in the woods, doing things you never thought you would.

"The summer of my 17th year. The first day.
We just left the city limits of Los Angeles a few minutes ago. I never thought the city could be more magnificent than the mountains, and now as I look back, Los Angeles is shrinking to the size of my fingertip. Perry is running smoother than we thought, and I'm starting to get used to this small bed. Iâm so excited, Iâve never left the city before. This cross-country trip is definitely the best idea Noah has ever come up with. Itâs our last summer together after graduating, and I canât think of a better way to celebrate it. I feel a little sad that Sarah couldnât join us. She started her journey to Tokyo this morning to attend her dream school and be with the love of her life, a buttoned up guy with no tattoos. Oh well, heâs still the nicest guy sheâs ever chosen. I wish her luck on her journey, just as I wish for mine!"
