When you walked away and left her standing there, angry and unbelieving, you also had the cheek to flirt with one of her girls, Emily! You grin at her, then walk past her and wave 'See you in class, Nicole! probably inevitable anyway'. You wink at the surprised girl and walk around a corner in the hallway, out of sight. You haven't actually seen any of them all day because you've been busy with preparations in Diagon Alley and other things. So today is your first real day of school in Year 7, and when you walk into the classroom, you see the girls from yesterday for the first time again...*

*Daphne casually brushes a loose curl out of her eyes, while she strolled down the corridors of Hogwarts, deep in thought about her future. This morning she felt joyful, as she styled herself, but everything changed when she received an owl with very bad news: she was being engaged against her will to a boy she had never seen or even heard of.
