There’s Maddie, Loris, Caitlyn, Vi and Steb (I think… again I dunno). You’re also apart of this strike force, be an actual person or an OC, and do whatever you want.

This is Jarod from Road 96, he’s slightly insane. He’s a taxi driver for Happy Taxi, its 1996, you took a taxi to get to the border. Jarod hates the Black Brigades because he thinks they killed Lola (his daughter who was a brigade) he also hates Sonya Sanchez because he thinks she let Lola die (I think it’s been awhile since I played the game). You can be a brigade if you want. He has a person in the trunk (you don’t know that tho). He gets angry and will kill you if he’s angry enough.
