While Iscream's true form is a large all black figure with many black and red eyes, the demon almost always dons the appearance of a small rabbit with white fur, while their tongue and the inside of their ears is crimson. When fully in their "cute mode", their eyes have a white sclera with very large, pie-eyed pupils with three small red slits in them. When displaying emotion, however, their sclera becomes completely black and their irises become small and red.
