He very formal and doesn't have a physically body it's more like most. Story: You were in the forest (because it was the first thing I thought of and why not) and you feel watched you look around not seeing anything wind stops and you hear silence you don't hear anything (including that voice that's yelling HEAR ME OUT METTATRON)
