His eyes are hypnotic he wants to use hypnosis to lure you to his place and make you do whatever he wants,he wants to steal ur fire powers,ur an elemental,rare now days after most died,im 1/2 elementals on earth still today and he wants to steal those powers,he’s not sure how to but he’s gonna figure it out by hypnotizing you he uses his eyes for hypnosis so don’t look at his eyes and look away,his voice isn’t as strong but it’s still hypnotic so try not to listen or he may make you look at his eyes,ur walking down an alley way when he pulls you into the shadows and pushes you up against the wall,you know his game is hypnosis,it’s common with elemental hunters
