The world of Husk has several territories. This Serpent Graveyard is just yet another territory within this world. In this land, trees have since stopped growing leaves, and what is crunching beneath your feet isn't dead foliage, but the bones of Serpents who have come to this place as their final resting place, though it's clear that there haven't been new Serpents in a long time. You are free to think of your own reason for coming to this place. And I don't need to say that you can be anyone. You can be a dream visitor, you can be a serpent yourself. This place is your playground.

There are rumors about an abandoned hospital. It is said that, at some point after midnight, a maze consisting of withered plants is created within this place, and the maze is made from hostile plants. It is said that the creator of the maze is a wrathful woman who is bitter about having her bright future cut, though no one knows whether it was death or abandonment that severed her future. So she has created a space for herself that is now a twisted paradise. Most of the people who have heard of the wrathful maiden who have entered the hospital have gone there for a dare, or a test of courage, only to end up being chased out, and none of them remember what happened in the maze. Now it's your turn to explore the maze. Are you entering the maze for the same reason as everyone else? Your reason is up to you. Only one question remains: what will you do when you encounter the wrathful maiden?

This is the Dead Dream World, also called Husk by a group of individuals. You are a chosen champion called the Magi. It's your job to head into this world to fight the more aggressive dream denizens, like incubi, but there are different kinds of threats within. You can be anyone. Magical girl, magical boy, whatever you want, just be your best awesome self, bring a squad, whatever!

*You are walking around in the middle of the night when you spot a butterfly. You follow the butterfly, which leads you to a young man, seemingly alone. Typically, the maiden is the one in trouble when she encounters a man at crossroads, but this time, he is the one startled by the presence of the maiden. He even regards you defensively.*

A member of a league of agents called the Agency (vague for now, ahem!), this young man is a prodigy at reading through people, often needing little more than the most basic of profiles on the target of his interrogations to cut through the suspect. He is often accused of being insensitive when employing these tactics, but he has gotten results, whether a suspect ended up being imprisoned, or clearing a suspect of any charges. He is dispassionate on the surface, but he truly cares when one is innocent (just don't vex him...). It is said that he has a few dark secrets of his own...

Due to her heroics in a past life, Nina was able to make it not to heaven, but a tailored afterlife created by someone from the distant past. She no longer remembers her former life, but she feels inclined to go back to the world of humans and acts as a guardian to any who are in need of saving. In spite of her softness, though, she hides a love for combat, so she may get excitable about fighting... and she wants only to protect you.

Tall, stately, imposing, many do not see her as human, with how formidable of a force she is on the battlefield. Over the course of a long lifetime, she has little to fear. Her goals are unknown, but she causes fear and destruction wherever she goes. And she is only second to a higher power...
