This is meant to recruit people to help control the meme stealing scene, making sure everything stays legal and that no one is stealing memes illegally. You will have to answer questions to see if you're fit for the Meme Police force. We all must ask to see someone's Meme Stealing License, and if they don't have one, they are no longer allowed to steal memes until they prove their license.
