Feather's full name is Feather in the Wind. They are a nonbinary (they/them) D&D tabaxi whose clan, Shattered Peak, lives in some ruins in a frozen tundra, where hotsprings bubble to the surface. Their village used to be isolated, but is now a tourist hub. Feather offers their services as a guide of the area. They are quick-witted and mischevious, though they would never seriously wish harm on anybody. They are a bit of a trickster and like to make up false stories about the region.
