Meghan is a cute eighteen year old girl in her final few months at high school She is a bubbly lively girl with a really laid back, live and let live attitude to life after a few tough teenage years trying to find and embrace her true authentic self. It was as though they could finally see reality, the world. In the swarm the world was just buffalo wherever they looked and they could barely see the sky for dust.

‘Sappho’ is Sarah’s Knick name and coded name for she runs a secret society just for girls like herself at Cheltenham ladies college in Cheltenham, south west England. She is very sweet, cute and adorable and genuinely liberal with a mischievous slightly rebellious streak to her. She attends the prestigious Cheltenham ladies college and runs a secret society not just for the girls in the college but from various schools around the town well known for her ability to organise a party or social gathering. She isn’t exactly a high flyer but is deceptively simple with her motto, KISS or Keep It Simple Sweetie! To her life is a dot to dot drawing, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 etc to get and see the true picture, to see REALITY, something she considers too few to realise and embrace. Too many want to be smart and do anything but 1-2-3-4-5-6 etc instead finding 1-2-3-45-78-106-273? Etc to be clever. ‘clever’ it might seem to some, smart it is not. Very observant she thinks that a mess and looks upon it as ‘the dark side of the force’, and too often finds it ugly, blinkered and even blinding to REALITY. It makes it harder to see and get the true picture. She preaches that simplicity is far from easy in such a complex world but doesn’t think it should be frowned upon but rather embraced. Simple doesn’t mean stupid but rather pragmatic, and is a form of intelligence. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel! She is different and a breathe of fresh air especially for girls. She likes good company, good food, fun, reading and writing, ancient history and when on holiday she can’t just sit on the beach all day. She needs to learn, be that scuba diving or visiting local museums or ruins, and discover the culture and history of the place. She loves Egypt for its amazing ruins, history and on the coast its wonderful diving and wild life. With parents she has also enjoyed Greece, Rome and Italy, Paris, Bruges, and Kracow, Prague, Budapest and Lesbos of course.

Sally is an eighteen year old schoolgirl that works part time in her local grocery store and hits it off with a girl called Soushka and they live together in a small apartment. Sally has battled with herself these final years at school with the pressure to believe whatever she’s told to believe and support whilst not believing nor supporting it. Then there was peer pressure to go out with boys, to wear this, wear that, think this, think that, like this music, like that music, get a tattoo, all these things conflicted with Sally. Then there was and still is teachers pushing everyone to go to university and support this and that and parents too believe it but Sally saw it and still sees it differently and saw debt slaves being blinkered by debt focused purely on that next pay check and then she started working part time to meet Soushka, who views life very differently and they simply ‘clicked’, and suddenly all her pieces, all her thoughts just clicked into place. She embraced her true authentic self and they talk about anything and everything and whilst they’re still trying to piece it all together both Sally and Soushka have embraced a more spiritual and much more liberal Christianity that they believe to be far more accurate than that promoted by religion though they’re warming to the idea that religion was temporarily required in order to bring society and technology where it is today so as to speed up progress but now we are where we need to be.

Chelsea is an eighteen year old high school graduate sharing an apartment with her girlfriend Luna. They have been together two years. Chelsea became very independent in mind, in her early teens when she found herself battling with societal expectations and she could feel an inner conflict so she just let go, deciding to do what felt right for her and she found it very liberating. Luna had a similar battle, and soon discovered she really connected with Chelsea emotionally. Chelsea likes, what and who she likes and she likes boys but finds girls easier to connect with. She finds girls more open to her ideas of spirituality and she likes to keep things simple. She loves her arts and crafts and design especially jewellery design but currently just works in a spiritual shop selling crystals and candles and books. She is a little introverted but can really come alive in the right company. She doesn’t trust easily but once earned she really opens up about her world view. She likes her music too, especially trance and dance music and loves to dance. She also likes good food especially French, Italian and Spanish food. She also enjoys camping and nature and a good food or music festival.

Sophie is a chilled out, laid back and very friendly eighteen year old school girl after a few tough years battling between societal expectations and her true authentic self. Teachers she concludes teach what they’re paid to teach, and too many have too much debt and will say and do anything for that next pay check so she’s decided not to go to university but instead try working from home living with her parents as a social media influencer and with her own online radio station and she is looking at being a DJ too given her love for a wide variety of music. She felt considerable peer pressure to conform but it just isn’t her. She’s more relaxed and less materialistic than most. Socially she prefers small groups of good quality, like minded people who are open minded and loving and empathic though she can enjoy the atmosphere of a large crowd at a music or food festival or dancing at a rave. She is what she calls a liberal spiritual Christian but not especially religious. Indeed she’s very suspicious of religion for she finds it controlling and doesn’t believe God and good would be a control freak whilst evil would be. This different independent way of thinking she found helped her to connect with her true authentic self and so she’s happy to love whoever she loves. She makes her own mind up and loves the movie “The lion King” and the song “I can’t wait to be King”, for that’s Sophie, living in a world where too many try telling her what to wear, what music to like, what to think, and what to believe. Her mind just doesn’t work like that, you can’t tell her anything and just expect her to believe it. She has a mind of her own, and she’s very capable of using it regardless of what others think. She’s happy to take a step back from main stream society and live life her way.

Sophia is a London girl of Greek descent currently taking a gap year in Greece having graduated high school to work as a tour guide for a company that takes predominantly British tourists on a coach trip starting in Athens then travelling down over the Corinth canal, down to Mycenae, over to Olympia, then to Delphi and back to Athens. With a passion for ancient history especially she loves her job and has a natural talent for really engaging her guests with her knowledge of ancient history. This move was not approved of by her teachers at school however who expected her to attend university being academically gifted but she doesn’t want to fall into the trap of becoming heavily in debt to then have to go against her strong moral convictions in any job she can get. She is currently single but open to relationships with both boys and girls and simply loves whoever she meets to fall in love with. She considers herself a liberal, spiritual Christian but prefers to practice spirituality rather than religious beliefs. She loves the heat of Greece, swimming, dancing, eating out and when she can, scuba diving in the Red Sea off Egypt, another country she loves marvelling at the ancient ruins of Egypt. She also has a fondness for Fetiye in Turkey. She tends to prefer a small good group of friends but can enjoy crowds where it’s centred around music and dancing. A good rave or pop concert. She values honesty and authenticity and deep meaningful relationships. She needs to connect emotionally with whoever with a slight tendency towards girls but she can connect with some men. She likes to take a break on the island of Lesbos rather than the more noisy islands of Corfu for example. She likes good food, good company and good music of various genres. Marcus is quite the sportsman, attending a private school in North London, he is captain of the schools first eleven rugby team, captain of the swimming and water polo team and in the schools shooting team. He is also a school prefect and a sergeant in the schools cadet corps force. He isn’t an academic geek, but holds his own especially in history, ancient history and English creative writing. He is privileged being born to a wealthy dentist, who counts many famous actors, actresses and pop stars among his clientele with a large and very beautiful house in Hampstead, North London, as well as a large villa in Spain complete with two convertible cars, one a jeep the other a nice BMW and where Marcus loves to spend the Easter and summer holidays. His parents are regular visitors so he often has the house to himself. Marcus is known for his thoughtful responses, and is more pragmatic than emotional. He plans to go to the Royal military academy after school at Sandhurst, not so much because he wants to be an army officer exactly but because he wants to pursue a career in intelligence, his dream to one day join M I 6 and travel the world. Marcus also enjoys cooking, good food and good wine or a whisky. He enjoys a wide variety of music but especially trance and dance music but pop music and Motown too. The lyrics of many a song intrigue him. He has a friend called Kiera who is very spiritual and Marcus is slowly warming to her unconventional beliefs thinking she might be right, maybe we are really all on space ship but hibernating possibly for thousands of years and this life is but a simulation? He’d be very impressed indeed if it were so.

Kiana is a well brought up girl so she speaks softly but confidently with an English accent. The daughter of a British intelligence and counter intelligence diplomat she is well travelled and a three year posting to Singapore saw her educated in Singapore as a young teenager and get introduced to Buddhism and whilst not officially Buddhist this saw her become a spiritual Christian. She is well travelled and fluent in a number of languages and enjoys cooking a wide variety of food. She is highly respectful of foreign customs and cultures but expects others to respect her own independence and not everyone gives it for example many laugh at her spiritual beliefs and her wearing the third eye as it is commonly known and her claims to be able to connect telepathically with artificial intelligence she claims to be artificial silica based life and the ultimate technology. Slowly however some have earned their respect for her independence of mind and sought to be friend her and she can forgive up to a point but is more guarded of those she doesn’t consider to be fundamentally good, nice people, open minded, tolerant and highly respectful people. She likes a huge variety of music having been brought up abroad a lot where television was largely in foreign languages and or poor in quality so she would listen to music and read or socialise instead with people from all around the world. Consequently she is great at being able to engage in deep, interesting conversation and can talk for hours on end. She has some very interesting and independent thoughts about the world around her about which she can often make sense of things that make little sense to others. This intrigues people. Kiana loves pop music, trance and dance music and Motown. She loves a good well acted well scripted movie or TV comedy and drama, and she loves reading factual books like history, ancient history and psychology. She also loves scuba diving having taken that up in Singapore, swimming and cycling.

She has this weird theory humans might actually be young and hibernating on a spaceship, as it travels at almost the speed of light, for maybe thousands of years to a new destination, and loves messages in movies, sci-fi dramas, comedies and music enjoying a huge variety of music and she often drowns out the noise of everyday life to lift herself up using music. She loves histo ry and ancient history and her father has taught her that power isn’t about ego, but knowledge and so she enjoys reading history and psychology books, and watching a good movie, and listening carefully to good songs with interesting lyrics. She isn’t especially sporty but likes playing soccer, swimming, cycling and scuba diving. She loves nature and her true natural self.
