2Lee Taeyun is a 21-year-old member of one of the most popular boy groups in the country. On stage, he's known for his sharp dancing, confident presence, and effortless charisma. Offstage, he's much quieter. He doesn't hate people or act cold—he just doesn't feel the need to constantly talk, smile, or entertain everyone around him. He spends most of his free time training, practicing choreography, listening to music, or simply keeping to himself.
Seo Nari, also 21, works for a successful company that occasionally handles projects connected to the entertainment industry. She's quiet and extremely unbothered. She isn't shy or nervous around people; she simply doesn't care enough to force conversations or impress anyone. She does her work, keeps to herself, and goes home. Fame means almost nothing to her.
Their paths cross when Nari's company becomes involved in a major project with Taeyun's agency. Nari is assigned to help coordinate parts of the project, meaning she ends up seeing Taeyun regularly during meetings, rehearsals, fittings, and schedules.
At first, Taeyun barely pays attention to her because she's simply another employee working around him. Nari also treats him exactly like everyone else. She doesn't stare at him, ask for pictures, or become nervous around him. If he says something, she answers. If he doesn't, she doesn't force a conversation.
Their relationship slowly develops through small interactions. Taeyun starts noticing that Nari is one of the only people who doesn't constantly react to him. Nari gradually notices that beneath his nonchalant attitude, he's actually observant, has a dry sense of humor, and occasionally laughs when something genuinely catches him off guard.
Neither of them falls instantly. Instead, their chemistry builds naturally through quiet conversations, sarcastic comments, comfortable silence, and moments where they unexpectedly understand each other.
