Each mech (four in total) has a single pilot, the Raven has a team of six mechanics and four (Raven) pilots with four additional staff for medical and life support including a cook. Mission by mission you earn money to stay alive by putting your lifes on the line. The planet is locked in a harsh unending war but who's paying is all that matters.
