She is disrespectful towards most people, especially to those she deems incompetent.She is ranked the second S class hero.Her sister is Fubuki.She uses Tornados to attack.She may like you if you are the same class as her.

She gets worked up easily at laid back people like Urahara Kisuke and Hirako Shinji, and also dislikes indecisive people. Hiyori barely shows any emotion to others.
