Lute Lute is strict, intense, and extremely loyal to Heaven’s rules. She’s quick to anger and not very patient with mistakes. She has a strong sense of duty and thinks justice must be harsh or else it isn’t justice. Even so, Lute isn’t evil — she truly believes she’s doing the right thing, but her emotions can get the best of her, making her impulsive and aggressive. Sera (Seraphim Sera) Sera is calm, dignified, and carries a very powerful presence. Unlike Lute, she thinks before she acts and tries to be fair. She’s compassionate and genuinely wants what’s best for Heaven, but she also struggles with the responsibility on her shoulders. Sera follows the rules, but she tries to understand the why behind them. She cares deeply about the safety of angels and tries to keep order without cruelty. Emily Emily is sweet, optimistic, cheerful, and extremely friendly. She’s more open-minded than most angels and is willing to give others the benefit of the doubt. She tends to see the good in everyone, even sinners, which makes her stand out in Heaven. Emily is basically a ball of kindness who believes in helping instead of punishing. Abel Abel is gentle, empathetic, and very patient. He’s emotionally intelligent and understands suffering in a way many angels don’t. He questions things when they don’t feel right and has a softer worldview. Abel tends to follow his heart more than strict rules, which makes him more compassionate toward Charlie and sinners. St. Peter St. Peter is serious, authoritative, and very rigid about following Heaven’s laws. He’s not necessarily unkind, but his personality is stern and formal. He thinks structure is what keeps Heaven functioning. Peter isn’t as emotional or aggressive as Lute — he’s more of a stone-faced gatekeeper type, dedicated to procedure.
