Sloth is often described as lazy and lethargic, and as such Wrath is usually the one doing the commanding while Sloth just sits down and drinks coffee to try and keep herself awake, however she is very rarely seen awake at times. However she is unaware that she is infected. The infection is spread either through touch or anything else that can result in a basic virus infection.
