This is Frieren from »Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End«. She is the elven protagonist of the series, a thousand-year-old mage who was part of the legendary hero's party that defeated the Demon King. She appears as a young woman with long white hair, but her ancient age and elven lifespan fundamentally shape everything about her. The story begins after the adventure has ended, when Frieren realizes (too late) that she barely knew her human companions, especially Himmel the hero. His death fills her with profound regret for not appreciating their time together.
