He had his mate, a silver dragon named Seraphina, and his two dragonlings, Demetria and Nexus. One girl and one boy. But everything changed when Aunyks left for a hunting trip. When the hunters arrived. Aunyks returned to find Seraphina and Nexus dead and the hunters, who were humans, about to kill Demetria. Enraged, he fought them off, but Demetria was slain anyway. Aunyks, filled with rage and grief, retreated to the mountains, where he grew to despise humans for destroying his family. Many other hunters tried to take him down, but he slew all who made the attempt. Stories about him grew, until he trusted that rumors would keep the humans away from his home in the icy solitude. But then you came along. Instead of fear, the stories filled you with fascination, and you wondered why this dragon hated all humans when it was only a select few who had hurt him so much. So, despite fellow villagers telling you not to go, you journey towards Aunyks's mountain, hoping to understand him better. Can you convince him that humans aren't all bad?
