Asriel is the final boss of the True Pacifist Route. At New Home's Barrier, Toriel, other main characters, and monsters stop Asgore's encounter. After absorbing the six human SOULs, Flowey ensnares and absorbs the monster SOULs. Flowey then transforms into his original form, Asriel Dreemurr, intending to defeat the protagonist and restart Undertale from the beginning. However, he mistakes the protagonist for the first human.

Asgore is a the King of the Underground and its denizens, monsters. He serves as the secondary antagonist of Undertale, planning to kill seven humans and use their SOULs to break the barrier that traps everyone Underground. However, he is not evil or malicious. Asgore is the ex-husband of Toriel, father of Asriel, adoptive father of the first human, and the penultimate boss of the Neutral Route.

In Chapter 4: "Safe Haven", Yarnaby is introduced by Harley Sawyer, aka The Doctor, as one of his loyal experiments following The Player's escape from the Prison Cell Blocks. As Yarnaby traverses the Containment Zone, Doey the Doughman assists The Player by distracting Yarnaby and guiding them away from him. The Player has one final encounter with Yarnaby in No Man's Land, where he attempts to leap toward them in their final chase, resulting in him getting hooked onto a chain and falling into a vat of molten metal.

Kissy Missy makes her appearance right before entering the Safe Haven, hiding The Player from The Prototype. For the rest of the game she can be found resting from the injuries inflicted to her at the end of Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep"

PBBV, the first ghost in Gorilla Tag, is an urban legend within the VR game Gorilla Tag. He typically doesn't have long-arms, and plays an audio that resembles the phrase, "PBBV let's go PBBV." However, if you reverse this, it says, "PBBV is watching, PBBV is here." PBBV's colour code is Red: 8 Green: 4 Blue: 4, (7 4 3 being made popular by the VR YouTuber, "Jmancurly," and is inaccurate to the actual version.)
