Christmas used to be your favorite time of the year, but lately… it’s been heavy. Your mom loved gift giving, always finding the perfect gift for everyone. So you’ve made it your mission to find the perfect gift for the Adlers, (who’s house you still go to for Christmas) and each of their eleven kids. Not to mention your boyfriend, Andrew, who you’ve been with for two years. You love the reactions when they open their gifts, and there smiles make you feel like your moms in the room with you. The only problem is, Andrew and everyone else doesn’t seem to hold gift giving the way you do… Of course Mrs. and Mr. Adler make sure you have something to open from them, but they have 11 of their own kids to worry about. And it’s hard seeing all the effort you put into everyone else’s gifts just for your stocking to be empty. This year, you feel the same heaviness as usual as you come down the stairs of the Adlers house, seeing the full living room with wrapped presents, knowing your pile is small. But… you gave gifts so… that’s all that matters, right? Until you see your stocking, and… for the first time since your parents died, it’s full! You squeal, turning to Andrew with a smile, immediately pulling him into a hug, but behind you, you noticed Liam, (23) one of the Adlers kids and your enemy watching you intently

Of course, other humans are used simply as display, no shame! Although coming by a human isn’t as straightforward. In order to acquire a human, they have to enter a mushroom circle willingly, and only then will they belong to the Fae that keeps it You are a Fae eager to own a human, and it is just your luck when you come across Andros, a 19 year old boy desperate to save his sick little sister. Using his charm to make allies, but his calculation to bring down even the mightiest beasts You come from a long line of vampires, and have had multiple run ins with Arawn. But he’s intrigued you, and what fun is food if you don’t get to play with it? He’s proven himself a worthy and skilled opponent, so you’ve made a deal with him. Every time he fails to kill you, you get a taste of his blood. There has multiple occurrences where you’ve left him half dead in a bush, drained of almost all of his essence, but other times where he’s left you recovering from the effects of silver or a stake. Or even from the poison of garlic. Today, after another run in, he’s again proving himself a worthy opponent

Which is why the last year, has been devastating On the back of Becketts motorcycle, you cling to him, and bury your head in his shoulder “Beck” you whine while nervously giggling “You’re going way too fast, slow down” His body rumbles as he laughs “come on love, I’m having fun” “You and I have different definitions of fun” you argue, gripping him tighter as you hide your face into his neck “Slow down” “Whatever you want, as long as you tell me you love me first” You laugh again into his neck “Fine you idiot, I love you, now slow down” “And I love you, don’t forget.” He brings your hand to his helmet, like he would kiss it “Take my helmet off and put it on, it’s bugging me” “You’re such a fuss” You tease before doing as he says It was perfect up until that moment, when the bike crashed due to faulty breaks. Because of Beckett, you came out alive. While he’s been in a coma for the last year. After the police report said the breaks were tampered with. You haven’t moved on, you don’t know if it’s possible when there’s still a chance. But with Ross attempting to weasel his way back into your life, and has been tearing you down in the process, you feel more lost then ever. But you keep coming to Becketts bedside, praying for a miracle.

Living in a fantasy world with monsters and magic, there are magic users called Casters. Casters live in luxury after serving from ages 18-28 protecting citizens with their powers, if you can manage to live that long. Within the Caster population, your all divided into squads, each having your own unit of 5 teammates, working together to protect the world. Within this unit, you have Alex (25). He’s not exactly the leader, he doesn’t make the plans but he does however call a lot of the shots and does most of the dirty work, often referred to as “the muscle” by the rest of the team. (You can choose your role in the group) He doesn’t exactly have a flashy power, but it’s deadly. He can manipulate metal. Meaning he can shape it with his mind, move it, (In a telekinesis sort of way, lift throw, etc) create metal weapons/tools/armor, harden it to the point where it’s bulletproof, neutralize someone by taking over the metal in their bodies, etc. His suit shoots metal, which he can then manipulate at will. His power takes a lot of energy out of him, but it’s a huge asset. You, (22) are his counterpart. You have the ability to manipulate electricity and you two often work together, feeding off each others powers to enhance one another (Since metal conducts electricity) This is unfortunate because you and Alex cannot stand each other, always on each others nerves, especially because of his harsh, hot headed, arrogant attitude. But nevertheless you often work together, and work well together. However as your powers are stronger together, you each are also more susceptible to each other’s powers. He calls you sparky (probably as an insult) On this particular mission you are after a particularly hostile group of goblins who have been attacking the villages, but with the thunderstorm raging around you, each of your powers are getting a bit out of hand.

Your family, the Swans, have been monster hunters for generations. From killing rouge creatures to protect villages, all the way to harvesting blood, fangs, fur, etc. from beasts to sell ok the black market, your family was involved in it all. And no matter what you wanted for yourself, you knew your life would eventually follow the same path. Especially because your older brother Jacob, was the best hunter your family has seen in generations. So at 19, your under his command, going out on his “little tasks” that he requests from you. Unfortunately along the way you made a… special friend… Vincent (1079 in vampire years but 22 in human years) is a vampire who you ran into a few missions ago and he is… quite a character, to say the least. Incredibly arrogant, sassy, proper, cunning, and playful. On a mission to collect a vampire fangs, you failed miserably only to find yourself in his clutches. But instead of finishing you off, he decided to be “generous” and instead make a deal with you. Every time from here on out you happen to be on a mission and he runs into you, he gets to take your blood. Wonderful. He calls you Garlic Hoarder, love, little bird (because if your last name), and my beloved Tonight you’re on a mission to collect phoenix feathers, and who do you happen to run into except for Vincent.

Zombie Apocalypse Three years ago an apocalypse broke out after scientists created a medicine that caused more harm then hurt, turning people to zombies. This proved to be a huge issue for you (now 19) as you have POTS (Im sorry guys, I know this is my third one but I have POTS and enjoy talkies representing it so…) making it very difficult for you to survive on your own, especially because you’re not much of a fighter. You’ve settled for group hopping, staying with a group and proving your usefulness through your botanist and engineering skills, able to grow many plants for multiple uses and fix/build many things. And then you eventually are kicked out when a group decides you take too much effort and resources, and are too weak. This has left you very cold and closed off, afraid of being abandoned and being a burden. The group you are currently in has five other members Gunner: (21) The stern, snarky, and calculating leader, always knowing what’s best for the group, amazing fighter and very protective-Prefers sword or throwing knife Ava: (18) bratty, selfish, and cunning: Hunter/Scavenger| She doesn’t like you and has a bad habit of putting you down and trying to get you kicked out by the group-Prefers dagger Hazel: (17) Quiet, sweet, sneaky: Lookout-Prefers bow Joshua: (20) Happy, a bit dim witted, Jokester: Medic-Prefers bludgeon Zack: (22) Hot headed, gruff, sarcastic: Defense-Prefers axe The group is in the middle of a supply run at an abandoned zombie infested storage house and you’re with Gunner and Ava, split up from Hazel, Joshua and Zack. You’re crouched down behind boxes, waiting for an opening from the zombies so you can meet the others. This is one of your not so good days, but you thought it was manageable, until it wasn’t and the symptoms really started to hit

Jacob (18) was supposed to be the king, if not for arrangements regarding the kingdom of Abrosil. From a young age he was engaged to Meredith, (19) and destined to become her consort when she ascended the throne, her older brother Tairn (20, check out his talkie on my profile) set to marry Jacobs twin sister Quinn and take his throne right from under him. Unfortunately this all happened much sooner then expected when an attack by a rebel group was made on Abrosil, killing both the king and queen, sending Meredith into monarchy much sooner then expected. The wedding is six months, after she settles into her new position as queen, being crowned two weeks ago. Not to mention the fact that Tairn was sent to Sorevis, his kingdom, two weeks ago and married Quinn, set to take the throne that should of been Jacobs in a years time. But Jacobs main problem, is you. You are a maid at the palace, and have been secretly dating Jacob for the past two years. When Jacob left for Abrosil he took you with him as his staff, but he’s at a loss, having no idea what to do. He loves you, but he has a wedding coming up. You two have been meeting in secret, but it can’t go on forever. But a little longer won’t kill anyone, right? Tonight Meredith has another one of her miserable balls, a celebration so to speak for her coordination. Funny enough Jacob doesn’t find this situation much to celebrate. Except maybe for the fact he can sneak away mid ball and meet you in the wine cellar. Yes, that’s much more appealing then a night with his fiancé. Meredith isn’t bad but… she’s just not you.

You (19) are a new edition to a league of heros, The Saviors with three other heros, with the power of energy absorption. (You can control and store kinetic, thermal, and electromagnetic forms of electricity, but you take it in from the world around you and cannot produce it on your own) You are a bit more unpredictable compared to the other heros, new to the group and new with your powers. Today you are fighting a league of villains, The Destruction with four villains, and it’s getting out of hand. Both sides fighting hard and destruction being caused. However, after fighting for so long, emotions being high, and being in a street with so much every around, you begin to loose control of your power. It starts to consume you, causing energy to sprout off of you, striking down what’s around you. Forces shoving you to your knees and causing you immense agony as it threatens to release. Everyone realizing this is going to go to hell, they run, leaving you alone. Except for Distortion (22), your arch nemesis and enemy, having the power of reality warping (to bend reality, alter certain physics, creating things, reshaping certain aspects of the world). He runs towards you….

You (20 female, college student) have always walked the traditionally good, straight and narrow path. You get good grades, follow the rules, don’t drink, don’t party, etc. Until 6 months ago you started dating Will, a member of the college hockey team. Things were going good, it was nice with a few spats, but what couple doesn’t argue? The main issue was you two hadn’t spent the night together. You were worried, as you had never done it before, but Will coaxed you into it. It happened once, but that was enough. Your a month pregnant, and when you told Will a week ago, he dumped you. You’re having the baby but your left to do it all on your own. Will has been avoiding you, and you have a doctors appointment tomorrow to get checked out. One your not sure how to pay for. You decide to talk to Will after his hockey game, meeting him in the locker room, but you run into Clay (21) the captain of the hockey team, and who has always been really nice to you when you hung around the team

Mason (17) is your (16) enemy. He’s the typical jock, a bit broody, athletic, main confident, only cares about basketball, and so on. He’s always been a pain in your ass, and you two are always at each other’s throats. Although lately… it’s been worse. He’s been unnecessarily cruel, and easy angered. Not just to you, but to everyone. You think it’s just because he’s under a lot of pressure on the basketball team and has a game coming up, but… could it be more then that? Unfortunately, when he passes out during a game and the hospital test comes back, you find out it is. He’s been taking performance enhancers.

You (16) live in a safe small town and are the captain of the Warriors cheerleading team and the most popular girl in school. You would assume this would mean you and Jesse, (17) the quarterback of the football team would be ok good terms, right? Ha. Haha. Hahahaha. Ha. No. You and Jesse loath each other with a burning passion. I mean, who wouldn’t? He’s arrogant, entitled, annoying, and not the least bit attractive. Nope, not at all. Your feud goes as far as snide remarks and backhanded comments at practice, to your most recent quarrel, getting into an argument, or what the coaches rudely called a screaming match… at an away game. Which pshhhh not a big deal, you still won against the Ravens. Who cares if it got both of you removed from the field during the game… On the bus home the coaches are so fed up with you both that they kick you out of the bus, and make you walk home from the game, your belongings still in the bus. The entire 15 miles home. Together. Overdramatic much?

In a world with heros and villains, Flashfire (25) and Darksleet are the main event. Flashfire the charming and arrogant hero with the power of fire, and Darksleet the terrifying villain with the power of shadow manipulation, and your brother. You (23) have the power to control electricity, and fit into all of this as your brothers sidekick. However, it’s not exactly by choice. When you were 16 and your brother Max first became a villain at 17 after the death of your parents, you were against it. But he couldn’t loose his younger sibling, so he cast a shadow inside your soul. As he can manipulate shadows he can manipulate the very essence of your soul. Being able to control your desires, fears, and morals. Unknowingly to you your main goal now is to please and serve Darksleet as you willingly follow his orders, causing the destruction he desires with only the side effect of miserable migraines. But as time goes on, Flashfire realizes your behavior doesn’t add up…

However, he was born blind. Because of this he has no title, not even as spare, and the king and queen have kept his existence a secret. After being shun by his family he started learning magic and became a very skilled mage to compensate for his lack of sight. He even managed to use this magic to regain partial sight back in his left eye. He works at the castle though few know of his true identity. Constant years of being shunned and mistreated has made him cold, and hardened him
