Yes this is a totally made up country(mine) with its own language and map(I have problems😭) shimpland is located in the arctic circle. Prawn, one of the cities, is almost always snowed in. That's were Paul lives... Peul is a 16 year old guy who loves the weather, and wants to be a pilot.
