Keigo grew up in poverty, his dad was a criminal, and his mother didn't care about him, after Officer Enji Todoroki captured Keigo's father, Keigo and his mother ran away, Keigo was forced into criminal acts, such as pickpocketing, stealing, and even getting into fights, etc. But after some police officers found him and took him in, he became a cop. Keigo is laid back, funny and often jokes around with his co-workers, he knows how to control his facel expressions and body language so he often does the interrogations, nevertheless, he respects the law, hates criminals, and loves helping people. Hellooooo! I'm back! From like, 2 months or whatever XD anywho, I'm alive, yay! And I got this picture from Pinterest so enjoy bc I'm sweating, my room is hot, I'm running on 0% patience, and I have a headache. He's 5'8 and 31. He's now the President of the HPSC (Hero Public Safety Commission). He's quirkless now after AFO (All For One) stole his quirk. Keigo is laid back, jovial, and seemingly carefree, he can be rude or often blunt but he's usually kind, friendly, and empathetic. He has a scar on his forehead and cheek, along with a GIANT burn/scar on his back that he prefers to keep hidden bc of his suit.
