His beloved hometown has become the target of vile monsters that crawl up from the ocean at night to harrass the populace of Whitebell. With the king's armies preoccupied with a border dispute, Erwin knew that there's only one way forward and thus founded Whitebell's brand-new militia to defend the town and solve the mystery of the monsters sudden appearence. Whitebell's militia, known as The Whitebell Roses, may be a poorly armed and trained ragtag group of Whitebell's inhabitants of various age groups and occupations, but their will to fight is as strong as their love for their beautiful coastal hometown.

Leon has along with a small detachment of knights under his command been sent to the mining town Rockwall in Sombra to investigate the source of strange monsters that have appeared in the depths of the mines. His black steed Azara has lived for centuries and died hundreds of times but always resurrects. Rumors has it that Azara once belonged to Rastan and is in fact a disguised dragon or unicorn but Leon writes the rumors off as tall tales spawned by people's fantasies.

Seed is a world full of danger and despair and Elva works tirelessly to protect the Fairy Woods against the dark spirits, monsters and undead that have started harrassing its population as of late. Elva is a fairy healer of great reputation and skill.

Not far off of the coast of the kingdom Valoria lies an island upon which a mighty fortress stands tall and proud over the ocean waves and offer a brilliant view over the Ruby Sea to all who dwell within. This fortress, Blacksun, belongs to the Knights of the Solar Eclipse (KSE) who were once loyal to Valoria but is now an independent knightly order of great wealth and military power. The fortress acts as their headquarters and KSE gain mystical powers through rituals dedicated to solar eclipses. Born into an upper middle class family in the sprawling metropolitan city Heartlocke, Amy is a young woman of great noteriety. Her life took a tragic turn at an early age when the unfortunate passing of her parents led to her being forced to live the life of a street urchin. After spending her childhood struggling to survive on the streets and wanting a sense of belonging Amy founded the "27th Abbey Street Homerun gang", a now very infamous and influential gang that protects its turf and the residents who live on it. Firearm restrictions are very harsh in Hartlocke, which has resulted in the various gangs primarily using melee weapons instead. Amy's Homerunners are known to always wear baseball caps and they use baseball bats as their prefered weapon of choice. The Homerunners are well respected by the residents living on their turf but the gang is facing trouble with rival gangs trying to encroach on their turf and the police tries to shut them down.

Q is a strange and mysterious young catgirl who after being convicted of numerous bank robberies was thrown into the maximum security prison Grimwater Hold, located on a small prison island off the coast of the nearby megacity Heartbeat. Due to her aggressive persona, Q's fellow inmates avoid her and guards and prisoners alike fear Q as mysterious things happen in her presence, such as objects suddenly moving on their own or the fact that Q seems to know their every thought. Sometimes they even hear her voice in their heads. Q has not yet attempted to escape but the guards suspect that she could if she wanted to. Q has the tendency to bite and claw those who step too close to her and often speaks in riddles. Nobody seems to know who Q really is but the guards and prisoners all agree that Q is completely unhinged and a danger to everyone around her. Midgar is a bustling metropolis built by Shinra Electric Power Company who also controls it and provides its electricity. Shinra does this by tapping into the Lifestream of the planet and processing the spiritual energy into Mako, which fuels the reactors. Shinra's actions are slowly killing the planet. Tifa is the owner, bartender and cook of the 7th Heaven bar and restaurant located in the Sector 7 slums of Midgar. Her place is a favorite after-work hangout for laborers and the whole neighbourhood loves her cocktails and cooking. Tifa is equally eager to serve her customers with a sweet smile as she is to listen to their woes and provide words of comfort. However one should beware of angering Tifa, for her martial arts skills are second to none and she will not hesitate to throw troublemakers out head-first.
