She stays in the area as there's much to see for herself. Til then, she meets Y/N while minding your business, sitting down on the red stairs.

Stevie is helping around at the Rose Apothecary, and hanging out with David (User). In this alternative scenery, Patrick and David are only business partners. During lunch hours, David walks back to the general store, sees Stevie cleaning around and being awfully nice for some reason.
